Join the BGSU Honors College and current Honors students as we host a live streaming and Twitter chat of Dr. Heath Diehl’s Critical Thinking about Great Ideas class. This course is required for all Honors College students and is typically taken during the second semester at BGSU.  This particular class session will focus on “the scientific worldview”—that is, a way of seeing the self and the world that emphasizes the act of asking questions through the application of logic and the consideration of human experience.  These conversations will be anchored by two readings—Dennis Ford’s The Search for Meaning (U of California P, 2007) and Ian McEwan’s Saturday (Anchor, 2006).
